REFUND POLICY
No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. Each origami piece sold by BiTSY Rt is meticulously hand-folded as a unique work of art. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging each piece to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bitsyrt.creations@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a similar replacement or refund at our discretion/upon your agreement.
